I bought a refurbished iPhone listed in “Excellent” condition and described as like new. It arrived with a touchscreen so unresponsive that I can’t reliably enter a passcode or use the phone. I had already started transferring my information before discovering the problem, which has made the return especially stressful.
I saw a few concerning reviews but decided to order because the seller was highly rated overall. I’m very disappointed that a phone advertised in this condition arrived unusable. I would be cautious about buying from this seller.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Item was described as excellent condition
It arrived and upon inspection the was large bubbles on the screen
I sent the item back and am still waiting for my refund it’s been a week
Will never shop Best Buy again

But they sent me a fair condition.
Battery is 77% and cycle more than 1500.
Don't by this!

I recently ordered an iPhone 15 Pro that was listed as EXCELLENT condition but was only FAIR. The phone arrived within 3 business days, unfortunately it had visible scuffs all around the sides of the phone. After starting the phone 2 notifications showed up saying that the phone was unable to identify 2 recently replaced parts, the backglass and the front screen. I believe these were both replaced with non OEM parts. I was also disappointed in the battery health 84%. From this experience Electronic Lifecycle Solutions should not be trusted for their phone condition assessments. All this led to me returning the phone... overall would not recommend ordering a refurbished device through them.
* For what it's worth 4 years ago I ordered a refurbished best buy device that was great and has lasted until now.
