[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pan- its stainless steel construction is super durable and easy to maintain. The aluminum base helps in evenly heating and the sleek, classy design looks great in my kitchen. It works great for searing and caramelizing. I have used this pan to make omelettes, oatmeal and salmon- so far everything has turned out great!

A Joy to Cook With

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 9.5 inch size is perfect, and while it feels heavy and high quality, it is not so heavy that it is hard to handle. It is thick pan with a solid handle that feels very durable. It cooks food evenly with no hot spots, and I noticed right away that oil stays centered in the pan.
The ceramic nonstick coating is unlike anything I have seen before. It is shiny and incredibly slick. Nothing sticks, not even eggs and cleanup is a breeze. Even though it is dishwasher safe, I just clean it in the sink and wipe it down, and it still looks brand new after many uses.
The handle is thick, rounded, and comfortable to hold. It stays cool while cooking, has a solid grip, and feels very secure in my hand. The straight edges also give it more cooking surface, so it performs like a larger pan. It is oven safe and I love the peace of mind knowing it is completely free of any toxins.
The pan works great on my glass top stove. I can already tell this is the kind of pan that will last for years. Between the performance, easy cleanup, and how beautiful it looks, this is truly a high quality pan. Is it worth the price? Only time will tell, but so far yes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Visually right out of the box it was eye catching! The non stick coating is thick and smooth, this pan definitely has some quality weight to it. It’s not cheaply made at all, and it shows. Affordable and versatile!
It’s non stick so it was incredibly easy to cook with, little to no oil needed. Not only is it durable but the heat distribution was great, all my food cooked evenly.
Cleaning was breeze, just remember to follow care instructions like letting the pan cool and not to use certain cleaning products or harsh sponges.

This is a great overall chefs quality pan. I use it for pretty much everything, including searing and cooking steaks to stir-fry. A must have in every kitchen.
