Grill pans buddy

I have the Staub 12" grill and found this addition to be well worth it. I put it in the empty grill pan while heating the it up. So it too has some heat in it. The knob does get hot as well. Leaves great sear marks on meat and veggies. Presses anything that wants to bubble up like bacon. We have also used it on the outdoor grill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bacon Problem Fixed

No more curled up bacon for us. I purchased this for that specific reason and it fixed the problem. I also use it for steaks, just for a min, to get beautiful sear marks.

Great grill press

This is a great addition to your Staub grill pan. I love using this for getting that extra sear on my steaks, but I love using this for paninis, it helps heat the side not directly on the grill while also producing those beautiful lines.
