Amazing sound quality!!

I have to say, after hearing a bunch of reviews on YouTube on how the ANC sucks and the sound quality was nothing to be excited about, these headphones are fantastic. The headphones can handle multiple genres of music. I was very shocked at how full the bass sounded. I haven't ran into any distortion problems. I will say the design of the earbud is a little awkward to get in and out of the case, but can be overlooked. Definitely worth the upgrade from the buds pro that I have. I did pre-order and missed out on the free case cover for the earbuds, which sucks. Overall all the buds 3 pro are here to stay and I hope Samsung continues to improve and impress.
I would recommend this to a friend!

At the moment, they're all but unusable. The R&D team did a poor job with the ear tips. I was doing the fitment and tore the ones that probably worked best for my ears. The ones I'm currently stuck with, I have to be sitting still, no movement at all. I can't even eat with them in. Just walking around the house they've fell out and almost got stepped on. So, there's no way I'd consider using them when I'm running, exercising or participating in any activities with them inserted. Also, the ANC needs some work. I had them in while driving my truck the other day. They just out of no where kicked on, picked and amplified the ambient sound and about gave me a heart attack. They definitely need some work. Hopefully Samsung will remedy the ear tips and get some updates in place for any OS issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Epic fail

Although the very first day was great. Sounded great and connected perfect. A couple of days later I go to use them. Well the right earbud no longer would connect. Although putting in the case close then open in attempt to make it connect it failed. I put the left in closed the case and that was the last time either would connect. I have attempted the pairing using the button on the case. All attempts to make them connect again have failed. Only had the ear buds 3 days. This has been the worst experince with a Samsung product. Samung needs to focus on just phones and tabs. All other products need to be discontinued.
