I got this last month and I am extremely dissatisfied. The buds keep falling off and no replacement tips are available. I

The headphones are good, but mine came with a defect. When I turn on the noise cancellation, the right earphone makes a strange noise.

Keeps falling off. It is very difficult to keep it in my ears without it falling off.

The ear tips are easily torn when removing and can't get the buds to pass the fit test in my ear unlike the buds 2 pro which has a good fit result.

The connection to my phone was perfect and sounded great however the Bluetooth would not connect to either of my 2 Samsung Televisions. I returned them and am waiting for my refund. Perhaps I'll buy them again when they fix the quality control issues

The small rubber earbud broke apart when trying the different sizes on. Otherwise they sound just like bud pro 2. Pro 2 had better seal.

My rubber ear bud pieces ripped when I tried to change them out to fit my ears. The quality is not good and they barley stay in my ear now.
