Great sound quality and ANC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these for work and music. The call quality is good enough that I can use them in noisy places, I can hear and be heard.
The personalized EQ is great too. I don't have the patience to tweak an EQ myself but being guided through it makes it really approachable, and the results are really noticeable.
Galaxy AI has really helped these become my favorite pair of earbuds. I'm looking forward to trying the real time translation at some point.

Awesome buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound out of them is amazing. Sounds really smooth. The noise canceling is also really nice. I am still learning the features but there are so many and im not use to my buds having so many features. They quickly sync up to all my galaxy devices and is good at easily switching between devices. The battery lasts quite awhile. I get a couple of days listening to podcasts at work so that's always nice to have. They fit comfortably in the ears and usually stay. One thing I didnt like about previous buds is that they would fall out all the time. I tried changing the sizes and never worked. Especially when id eat. They'd just pop out and I would have to go searching for them. But I dont have that problem with these. They stay in place and I love them. They also handle bass songs really well. I listen to edm fro. Time to time and the sound comes out smooth. The play/pause button is very easy to use but can be inconvenient when you adjust the bud in your ear because you usually press it. But I mean I feel like there is no way to avoid that. I've been really impressed with these buds and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thanks samsung for another awesome product.

It's almost perfect just more bass and better ANC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro and I honestly love them; the design and comfort are among the best Samsung has ever released. I’d say they are almost perfect, but as a demanding user, I feel there’s still room for improvement in two key areas: bass and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). While the sound is crisp, those of us who really want to feel that "thump" are still missing that extra depth in the low end. I know the Buds 4 Pro are already out, but my message to Samsung remains the same: don't be afraid to push the bass further and make the ANC even more airtight. These are incredible earbuds, but with a more solid bass response and total isolation from the outside world, they would be unbeatable. Nobody is going to complain about better sound and more silence!

Good sound but retention is iffy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for my daily commute; walking and public transportation. Good sound and the sound cancelation is great for keeping the roar of the city a dull thrum. Any kind of quick movement or joltibg though can lead to one of them falling out.
As for Galaxy AI I don't want or need it.

No tracking option if lost

Buds themselves were pretty good and i enjoy them. They sound good and fit well. The fall significantly short of their competitors when it comes to tracking a lost case (With earbuds inside) I lost my buds in the case, could've sworn i brought them home. Location showed at a store last updated when i was there. I went back and looked couldn't find them. looked around at home and no luck. using the samsung find app is the worst experience. They have a search nearby that you have to wait 5 minutes without changing off the screen. no luck. I found them by sheer luck, turns out they were on my desk behind my monitor but while sitting in my desk chair and trying to track them it constantly failed. not finding them once. after i found them i put them 3 inches away from the phone closed with buds and tried tracking again. Still cant find them 3 inches away? What a joke Competitors have better tracking without having to buy a special tracker. Do not think that if you lose them in the case that you have a chance of tracking them you DO NOT
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really really wanted to love them..

I caved and bought these especially excited about the "live translation" feature because I work in the medical field with a large Hispanic population and thought this would be a good way to enhance my patient care. I feel like this feature is super falsely advertised. It is not live or real time. It is basically google translate, but then it reads the translation aloud in your buds AFTER it already translates it on your phone when the person is done speaking. Plus Samsung's translation app gets translations wrong frequently enough that I don't dare use it medically so I don't miss important information. So that was unfortunate and defeated the whole point in getting them. Here are the pros and cons I have been dealing with.
Pros: - They do sound great! The noise cancelation is great too - The bass for a pair of buds is fairly good quality - The ambient sound is good - They have a fairly good batter life (assuming that the case actually charges them)
Cons: - There are some weird alignment issues with the charging points of contact at the bottom of the case so the buds will sometimes not charge when you put them back in the case (has happened to me 4 times in the last week). I have to wiggle them around for the point of contact to make contact - triangular stems are a pain because you have to really take time to orient them to fit back into their case - The bulgy plastic kills my ears after extended use no matter how I've oriented them. - I've had them just fall out of my ears randomly. I attribute this largely to the bulgy plastic and stems causing them to come lose as you look up and down and move your head. I don't dare lean my head over anything like a sink or balcony because I don't trust them to stay in my ears - You have to pinch surprisingly hard to use the pinch feature with is a pain if you are doing something active such as working out and need your hands for stabilization or working. - The adaptive sound mode needs work. It's basically ambient mode at all times until it gets loud. I'd rather it be noise canceling until someone talks to me then go to ambient.
Overall I've been heavily debating returning them because I just don't think I should have to convince myself that I love them when the crucial functionality issues in the cons (such as comfort, charging, functionality) are outweighing the less important functionality issues in the pros. Plus I can't imagine wrecking my ears with the bulgy plastic for the next couple years. Now that I have written down my honest review, I think I am going to return them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
