I have a lot of problems. When I listen to music, I hear wind sounds and the heights are different. I don't know how Samsung released it without inspection. Disappointed with Samsung. I think I should return.

They slip out of your ear so easily. I took them to the gym and almost lost one.

Let me preface thisbbynsaying, im a big samsung supporter but i Feel like these buds came out before they were truly tested. The call quality was terrible and gave a "click" noise that made it hard to hear any incoming calls. Caller on the other end wouldnt be able to hear clear voices and was unable to have a conversation. Would also cause a "feedback" noise when ever you would touch them or adjust them while in your ear. Had to return. I do not recommend untill they fix their quality issues.

Liked the original buds, loved the Buds2 Pros!! But these are not doing it for me. I feel the sound of the Buds3 Pros isn't as good as the Buds2 Pros and they won't stay as secure in my ears. Also, the controls are far less intuitive.

The headphones are good, but mine came with a defect. When I turn on the noise cancellation, the right earphone makes a strange noise.

The ear tips are easily torn when removing and can't get the buds to pass the fit test in my ear unlike the buds 2 pro which has a good fit result.
