I really really wanted to love them..

I caved and bought these especially excited about the "live translation" feature because I work in the medical field with a large Hispanic population and thought this would be a good way to enhance my patient care. I feel like this feature is super falsely advertised. It is not live or real time. It is basically google translate, but then it reads the translation aloud in your buds AFTER it already translates it on your phone when the person is done speaking. Plus Samsung's translation app gets translations wrong frequently enough that I don't dare use it medically so I don't miss important information. So that was unfortunate and defeated the whole point in getting them. Here are the pros and cons I have been dealing with.
Pros: - They do sound great! The noise cancelation is great too - The bass for a pair of buds is fairly good quality - The ambient sound is good - They have a fairly good batter life (assuming that the case actually charges them)
Cons: - There are some weird alignment issues with the charging points of contact at the bottom of the case so the buds will sometimes not charge when you put them back in the case (has happened to me 4 times in the last week). I have to wiggle them around for the point of contact to make contact - triangular stems are a pain because you have to really take time to orient them to fit back into their case - The bulgy plastic kills my ears after extended use no matter how I've oriented them. - I've had them just fall out of my ears randomly. I attribute this largely to the bulgy plastic and stems causing them to come lose as you look up and down and move your head. I don't dare lean my head over anything like a sink or balcony because I don't trust them to stay in my ears - You have to pinch surprisingly hard to use the pinch feature with is a pain if you are doing something active such as working out and need your hands for stabilization or working. - The adaptive sound mode needs work. It's basically ambient mode at all times until it gets loud. I'd rather it be noise canceling until someone talks to me then go to ambient.
Overall I've been heavily debating returning them because I just don't think I should have to convince myself that I love them when the crucial functionality issues in the cons (such as comfort, charging, functionality) are outweighing the less important functionality issues in the pros. Plus I can't imagine wrecking my ears with the bulgy plastic for the next couple years. Now that I have written down my honest review, I think I am going to return them.

Hi there Cameron, we appreciate you taking time out of your day to share your thoughts about your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro with us. We completely understand how valuable your earbuds are to you every day, and we would love to help you have the best experience possible with your earbuds. We have provided links to an article to help you with the placement, and another to a video to help you change the ear tips to a size that best aligns to your ears. We also recommend doing a fit test in the Samsung Wearables App. If you are finding the adaptive sound to not be to your liking, we recommend enabling the ANC setting and turning on the conversational awareness setting. This will allow you to use the ANC the majority of the time but will lower the volume of your media and enable ambient sound when you are speaking. We have also provided a link to the full device manual to help you discover voice controls that can help you in the times that the pinch setting is not as functional with your activities. We have lastly provided a link to the Samsung Support Team if you hae additional questions or would like one on one assistance with your Samsung products. Terrible

hese are the worst earbuds in the entire series! I’m absolutely disappointed that I ordered them. They don’t stay in my ears at all – constantly falling out, making them impossible to use properly. The ergonomics (if you can even call it that) are just terrible. If I could, I would return these and get the Buds 2 Pro again because it’s impossible to comfortably listen to music or do anything active with these. Really regret this purchase.

Hi there Vitaliy, thank you for your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We understand the frustration that can occur if you are having to continue to adjust the earbuds while they are placed and you are trying to enjoy your favorite music, podcasts, videos, or other media. Doesn't feel like a Samsung product, looks a lot like the competition air pods. I always like Samsung products. My Galaxy buds 2 Pro are way better than this ones. Buds 2 Pro stay inside your ears and don't come off. Buds 3 like the air pods by walking already start to come off. That why I always like Samsung product because they stays inside your ear drums. But this Buds 3 pro is the worst product I have bought from Samsung so far. I new buds 3 pro i have been using them seen I got them like a mount ago and still go back to my buds 2 pro after a few minutes I have them on my ear because they start coming out of my ear drum every time I used them. Plus the bud2 pro did came with different ear pieces to replace in case one don't fit right you have the chance to adjust it to you preference. But this new buds 3 doesn't give you that chance, I don't know if Samsung sell the ear pieces replacement separately. Sound quality maybe a bit clear from the previous but not by much, volume wise I prefer the buds2 pro because doesn't come out of your ears and maybe you fill like the volume is better on the buds 2 pro. I don't like the experiences I been having with this new product from Samsung. Is the first time I'm disappointed with their product. If I could I will return it.

Fitment not as good as Buds 2 Pro

The app shown my left ear fits good, but the right ear fitment is always poor even though I've used the largest earpiece. It still leaking sound. The buds 2 pro has a much better fitment and seal.

Thank you for your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Your input is crucial for our ongoing improvements. The Buds3 Pro features an Adaptive Equalizer powered by Galaxy AI, which adjusts the audio based on how the earbuds fit in your ears. This means that every time you wear the Buds, you can enjoy the best sound quality for every playlist. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro comes with different sized ear tips, so the first step is to ensure you have the correct size for your ears. A proper fit prevents gaps between the ear tip and your ear, which helps avoid sound leaks and ensures optimal audio quality. If you need assistance changing the tips, please refer to our guide. Once you have the right tips on your earbuds, check the bottom for directional markings—"L" for left and "R" for right. Insert the right bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the left bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Slightly angle the earbuds so that the microphone points towards your mouth, then adjust them by rotating forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. If needed, consider trying different sizes or styles of earpieces to improve the seal and enhance your audio experience. If you continue to experience this after doing so, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support for additional support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Stay away from these ear bugs

The hard plastic hurts your ears. Controlling the volume with the stem is more than difficult. On a bike ride they are awful as the wind noise was overpowering. The audio sound is not bad for as long as you can tolerate having them in your ears.
