1. The battery doesn't last long. 2. The triangle design is hard to hold. 3. The position of each earbuds inside the case doesn't allow you to put them in your ears without first giving it a spin.

There isnt a day I am not using them! I love them however wish the buds had more ear peices for people who has small ears.

Won't stay in my ears even with the bigger earpiece. Have have several connectivity issues including screeching in my ear. Sound quality and noise cancelation is pretty good.

I like the design of the new case. Noise canceling has gotten much better. But adaptive mode has some issues, while it seems to work well swapping to noise canceling. Some noises create a really loud pop that is kinda painful. I give it 5 stars because I love Samsung products.
