I'm very happy with the buds 3 pro. The stems make them easy to adjust in your ear without accidentally changing something and they are actually easier to put in your ears with the stems especially for anyone with arthritis in their hands. My only complaint is that it's hard to get a perfect fit those ear tips are fussy but it's a minor thing relative to all the good stuff.
