We want to highlight that the Galaxy Buds3 Pro comes with a variety of ear tip sizes, and it’s super important to find the right fit. A snug fit ensures there are no gaps between your ears and the tips, which helps prevent sound leaks and delivers that incredible audio quality we all love. If you need more guidance on changing the tips, we have a handy guide just for that! Once you have the perfect tips on, don’t forget to check the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds. You’ll see an 'L' for the left and an 'R' for the right. It’s really simple: just make sure to insert the R bud into your right ear with the 'R' facing you, and do the same for the left. A little tip: angling the microphone towards your mouth rather than straight down can improve clarity as well. Be sure to rotate the earbuds slightly to get that perfect fit, and if you're uncertain about the sizing, the earbud "fit test" in the Galaxy Wearable app is a fantastic way to ensure you’re set for the best listening experience! These ear buds are among the best I've used in sound quality and active noise cancellation. My only issue with them is the fitment, it's too tight even with the smallest ear pieces. I am limited to about an hour of use before I need a break. The buds2 pro are more comfortable.

The noise you mentioned can sometimes occur if the Active noise canceling, Adaptive, or Ambient sound modes are enabled and the sub-microphone is inadvertently covered. To prevent this, make sure the sub-microphone (located on the top outer edge of the earbuds) is not obstructed when you're putting on, taking off, or adjusting the earbuds.
