A Lil Disappointed

I purchase these about three months back and at first the worked great, fit okay, and was very happy w/ the product. But something is wrong w/ the right bud. It makes this high pitched noise that's so loud I got to remove the bud from my ear. I don't recall getting them wet or damaging them in any way, so I haven't a clue why the is occurring.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The high-pitched noise you mentioned can sometimes occur because of the sub-microphone located on the top outer edge of the earbuds. This microphone is designed to adjust sound based on the noise control mode you select, whether it is Active Noise Cancelling, Adaptive, or Ambient Sound. While using the earbuds, if you accidentally touch or cover the sub-microphone when putting them on, taking them off, or adjusting them, it may detect sound and produce a screeching or howling noise. To improve your experience, please ensure that the sub-microphone remains unobstructed during use. Samsung products are covered against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship by a limited 12-month warranty. Additionally, we offer Samsung Care+ for eligible devices, which provides extended protection and extra support. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro comes with different-sized ear tips, so it's important to select the correct size to prevent gaps between your ear and the ear tip. Love them they are great buds, the depth and richness of the audio quality is really good. I have owned airpods pros and in all honesty these do surpass them no drastically, but in terms of sound profiles, these are good. The only reason for the 4 star review is due to the fact that frequently after use when I put them back in their case I get an alert on my phone that one of them has stop charging, however When I go to use them they are both charged fully. Not sure if it is a bug or defect. The option to enable or disable the LED lights is also brilliant

Great amazing sound but.. ita not good for cardio working out i tired every bud piece and kept falling off but they do have a feature that shows you how to put on the buds
The battery does not feel long when other buds have 30+ hours of battery life
But the sound is right there with bose amazing sound

These Buds 3 Pro are awesome!! They are comfortable in my ears, the sound they give is really, really good! The noise canceling is very effective and works so well even when a vacuum is on. The 360 sound feels so natural, the sound comes from all around you, literally.
