So far I've had them for about a month they work well I like them they're better than the ear things that I had last time and I wish they would work on all my other devices LOL
I have had these for about a month now and each time I am done using them and put them in the case they never charge on the first time...no matter what. I feel like I am back in the 80s because I have to blow in the charging case like a Nintendo. I have read other reviews on line and seems to be a consistent problem across the board.

To ensure effective charging, please use the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter, which are sold separately. Alternatively, the earbuds are compatible with select Samsung Qi-compatible wireless charging pads or phones with PowerShare. When charging wirelessly, position the case directly in the center of the charging pad. If there is a cover on the charging case, it may interfere with wireless charging, so consider removing it if needed. Double-check that the earbuds are seated correctly in the case, as improper placement can disrupt charging. It is also important to inspect the charging contacts for debris, as dust or wax can build up over time. Make sure the earbud tips and wingtips are installed correctly, as this can affect how the earbuds fit in the case. These headphones are great. I am able to have good conversations with them, the battery lasts and I get quality sound when listening to music. I have 2 pairs of these. This one and the silver one. I love them.
These are way better than I thought they would be. The controls are fairly intuitive and it links well with all things Samsung. Sound quality is good and ANC is also decent. Only note I would have is that they don't fit well in my ears and I have tried all the tips.
Build and sound quality is excellent, but the fit is horrible, they just won't stay in my ears, tried all three tips provided with the same result, they just won't stay in, today they fell inside the vanity sink, thank you for making them water proof.
