[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I don't use the buds 3 pro as my main pair of earbuds as Im not a huge fan of the stalks. I mainly use another brand.
The buds 3 pro have every good noise canceling. With the buds pro you have to squeeze the stalk with two fingers for some tasks and I prefer being able to tap with one finger. But hey.... first world problems right? Overall the sound is excellent. It gets more than loud enough for me and seems to fit well. The lights are kind of an added bonus but maybe make you stick out more than you need to. But maybe jogging in the dark or something it might be useful.

Switching back and forth between ambient sound, adaptive, and noise canceling is easy. Each mode is great! Favorite is noise canceling at the gym and ambient while running.
