Very disappointed

Im very disappointed. Im using Samung products for all my life. I'm a big fan. But I think this one is a disaster. Doesn't always respond touches. Stops playing but itself. Volume changes by itself. Sometimes one ear bud stops playing. It's lagging very often. Can't say anything good about sounding either
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To improve the touch responsiveness, we recommend checking for any available updates for both your device and the earbuds, as these updates often enhance functionality and fix bugs. If you haven’t tried it yet, restarting the earbuds can also help. Here’s a quick way to reset them: place the buds back in the case, close the lid, and wait for about seven seconds until the light on the case goes out. After that, try reconnecting your earbuds. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. Unequal sound

Paired with the comfortability of the ear buds give me the sound and security of not falling out the ability to wear them continuously no matter what I am doing. From hiking biking or just listening to a calming podcats. The sound and security is there.

Great Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded my Samsung Earbuds 2Pro for the 3Pro about a month ago and so far they have been great. I thought that I would lose the earbuds easily as they are smaller than the buds 2pro. I was wrong as they don't shake out easily.
Three things I wish were different was that there wasn't much choice in colors, the case keeps saying that it's not charging when it is, and the Language Translater doesn't work for the music playing on an app like Spotify.
I do like that I can transfer easily between phone and tablet and the earbuds connect.

Top notch noise canceling and single ear audio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i use the the galaxy buds 3 pro my audio life changed as the immense quality from the noise canceling is perfect for blocking out noise while trying to relax, whenever I'm at the gym even with one bud in the noise canceling is so good that it turns the noisy gym in to a quiet room.
The buds ambient sound is also great for when I'm trying to hear quiet sounds, and it got even better with the hearing enhancements for ambient sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so glad that I decided to get these Buds 3 Pro to use with my S24 Ultra. The seamless actions across apps is amazing and smooth, the sound quality is fantastic, charging time is quick and these last at least 8 hours of continuous use listening to music or Netflix or audio books.. I've used many different brands of ear buds over the years and these are by far the best!! Just get them.
