Wind noise is horrible at 10 mph, eg on a bike

The wind noise on these ear buds is horrible. Is there a setting or a software update to fix this? Riding a bike with these in not possible at about 10 mph it is like the ear buds amplify the wind noise. If the wind noise can be fixed I would rate them a 5 🌟

Upgraded from the galaxy buds live to the 3 pros and my what an upgrade! Great sound quality,battery life and the controls are easy to use.

Fix the tips!

Like the others, the tips need to be fixed. Too tight to get them off. Yes I watched the video on how to change them. The problem is, the tip was too tight to remove and the silicone just tore right off

Not really a fan of these buds. They were a replacement for the previous generation and I can tell you they fall out way more often then the previous generation. The sound quality is ok but it entirely depends on the placement of the buds. I don't the quiet I had when I had both buds in and noise canceling was active.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disconnect

They sound good. The bult quality is ok. They disconnect from my phone (s24u) at random and try to connect to my laptop (360 pro 4) and vice versa. They end up connecting back to neither. That is sooooo frustrating. You'd think that after so many gens they would get that right, right? Noise canceling is good. Controls are good. Seal is good.

Absolutely love the shape/design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design shape is spot on! They fir very comfortably in my small ears and never try to fall out. The sound quality is amazing, as well as the noise canceling. Battery life is excellent.
The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars, is the durability. I've owned these for only a few months and there are already cracks formed at the top of the buds themselves, not the case. Not sure what causes this, maybe the battery?
