Too many problems!

I've had issue with this within a month of getting it. First off the ear tips are fragile to the point that they broke when I tried to remove them. When I try to charge the buds I'm constantly getting the message saying my buds stopped charging because it something was wrong with the contacts to charge. I have to pull them out the case and back in multiple times to get it to charge. The microphone also stopped working on the left side and the right side sounds muffled when talking to others. Contacting support didn't help other then having to buy another. Not worth the headache with all the issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Regarding the ear tips, we understand that they should be sturdy and reliable, but we understand that accidents can happen. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. For the charging concerns, we recommend double-checking that you're using an approved charger, as non-certified chargers can sometimes cause problems. Ensure that the charging case is fully charged, and try removing and reinserting the earbuds multiple times for a secure connection. If the problem persists, please check the earbuds for any visible damage. We also noted your concerns about the microphone. To help improve sound quality, try cleaning the microphone hole and speaker to remove any debris that could be blocking sound input. Use a dry, soft brush or a cotton swab for this. Restarting the earbuds may also resolve the mic concerns. You can do this by putting the earbuds back into their case, closing them for a few seconds, and then removing them again. If that doesn't do the trick, consider resetting them through the Galaxy Wearable app. We appreciate your feedback and would love to help you get the best experience out of your Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Dumb design with the stems. Uncomfortable. Screeches if you cover the headphone while its in your ear, possibly causing ear damage. Got these in November and misplaced them recently. Can't track the case, only the earbuds. Which is soooo pointless. The fact that you spend so much on headphones and you can't even really track them. Only when they're out of the case. Guess someone found some brand new headphones. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

Battery sucks!!!!!!

I've had my Buds 3 Pros for about a month and I want to go back to wired earphones. The battery life in these are so disappointing. I would at least like a full business day.

No multipoint makes these useless for me.

No multipoint is an absolute travesty. My original buds pro and buds 2 pro both worked seamlessly connecting to my work desktop and phone at the same time. These are comfortable, sound good, and look good, but having no multipoint makes these useless to me. Samsung took a few steps back with the latest generation of buds and phones.

Way better than the Galaxy Buds 2. Connect right up with devices with no issues. Great sound and battery life. Love the wireless charging also. Enjoyed the trade in allowance for the Buds 2.
