Great sound, not so great design, not so great mic

I was super excited about these. 1st of all they did not need the little stick, my buds 2 fit so much better in my ear and I liked the touch system vs trying to push a button in the stick. 2nd- the sound is great, very deep sound all the way around. Bass is very good and music and movies sound amazing very clear and concise. The microphones in them did not last long if at all. People cannot hear me over the phone and thats one of the main things I do with my buds. I am having to send them back to have them worked on for the warranty since the microphone is garbled. Back to the fit, they could fit better, the buds 2 once again fit so much better in my ear. I gave it 2 stars, sound gets 5 stars, design and mic dropped it to 2 since it makes them useless for calls.

Utter garbage

I've had these headphones since they released. They are THE WORST iteration by far. I've had every single version of these headphones.
Use during any active activity is completely useless. The swipe feature for volume never works. Trying to "pinch" the headphones for sound control is so awkward even while sedentary, you almost rip them out each time you go to pause. Forget doing that while running. They're super uncomfortable! They don't fit under even large ear protection. Like it's nice to be working in the shop and have your headphones in under the hearing protection. The noise canceling is noticeably worse than the pro 2. Then it's just ugly. The old style that fully formed and locked to your ear was perfect.
I've been just pushing through it but now they're not charging well and not syncing together so I'm taking them back on my warranty and getting the FE version since those resemble the pro 2
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not waste your money

I got these like 2 months ago. The charging is weird. I'll take them off after 1 hour of use and they wo t charge. I get a notification on my phone asking to make sure the buds are dry and the case is charged. After 1 hour!! If I don't see that notification on my phone then I go to use them, they don't last as long because they didn't charge

I bought my Buds 3 pro but it stopped working on one side and I tried to contact support and to this day they have not given me the proper feedback.

The same issues as buds+ with no improvements

I upgraded all the way from Samsung buds+ (which stopped working) and these buds 3 pro have all the same issue and no improvements. Absolute nuisance to switch between paired devices - often have to completely unpair before they will connect to something else. Pairing button is covered by the protective case sold directly by Samsung! 🤦♀️ I keep them clean but have constant charging issues. They appear to no longer charge at all.

Not worth the hype

I bought a couple months ago. Just started to use them. Great sound. But beyond that they are horrible. Try changing a sing on the tread mill. Almost impossible unless you pause your work out. Also, maybe this one is just me. But I cannot keep them in my ears. Tried everything. Even different tips and still can't keep them in. If your sitting still and reading a book. They are fine. But if your active. They are not. Regret the buy.
