The design team need to be fired for this joke!

I've had these for three months now, and I still cannot successfully execute any of the touch capabilities of these buds except for changing the volume. Maybe they tried to do too much, but the ability to stop music by tapping the bud, is something I still cannot master. The fit test says one ear fits perfect, but that ear keeps falling out all the time. I've almost lost that bud several times now, and I'm certain it's only a matter of time before it gets lost for good. The other ear I cannot get a perfect fit for with the fit test, but at least it doesn't fall out as easily. That's not to say it never falls out, because it does, just not as often an the one that's supposed to fit perfectly. Cannot even speak as to the sound quality, as neither earbud fits good enough to get a good sound. I would say that active noise canceling must be a joke, but it worked pretty good on my old Galaxy Buds 2 (which I traded in for these crappy Buds 3). Every single time I put them in the charging case, my phone will send me a notification shortly after saying the the buds have stopped charging, except they haven't stopped. I have to assume the design team are complete morons, no other explanation makes sense. Fire them all today and send me back my Buds 2 please.

I really like them, they have a great sound especially if you turn on surround a sound. The ambient sound works well and helps to
aid hearing but if in the gym any clink of weights shoots through your skull so I have to go to noise suppression, which I do. Noise
suppression works great. Lots of settings and controls to tweak.

Good Earbuds but there is a charging issue

The earphones sound and noise cancellation are extremely good but the main issue is with the charging case. After a workout session whenever I try to put the earbuds back in the case I always get the "Earbuds stopped charging" notification. I have tried three different earbuds and all of them had the same error all the time. The earbuds work fine when it is used for a short time period. I let the earbuds stay there all day and it starts charging the earbuds on its own as well but every time I try to open the charging case I am worried if the earbuds are charged or not. I traded in my Galaxy buds pro to buy this earbuds and I have been regretting it since that day.

I bought these because I thought they would be more comfortable than the galaxy buds live. Regretting my decision. The do not stay in place. I had by husband try them for a week and he experienced the same issue. I can't use them because I'm afraid they will pop out and I loose them. I want to get something else but my options are limited as there are no suitable replacements.
