Bad choice

1. When you install only the right earphone, a sharp squeak (grinding) appears from it, and it is constantly repeated if the left earphone is not installed. If you install the left earphone before the right one, then this does not happen. When I first bought these headphones, this problem did not exist, it appeared after 2–3 months of using them.
2. Regardless of what size rubber earbuds you use, the headphones do not stay in your ears, you have to constantly adjust them.
I really regret that I changed the Galaxy Buds2 Pro headphones to Galaxy Buds3 Pro

Disappointing Design and Usability Compared to Gal

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro for a while now, and while the sound quality is good, the overall experience has been disappointing compared to the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro.
First, the comfort isn’t great. The Buds 2 Pro were far better in terms of fit and ease of use. With the Buds 2 Pro, all it took was a simple tap on the buds to control volume, skip tracks, or perform other tasks. But with the Buds 3 Pro, I have to pinch the bud for these operations. Honestly, this "pinch gesture" is frustrating and feels like a step backward. Who wants to pinch their earbuds to change a song? It’s not intuitive or user-friendly.
Additionally, I’ve been facing technical issues, particularly during WhatsApp calls. If the phone screen turns off, the other person can’t hear me. I reported this on the Samsung Beta Community forum, but it still hasn’t been resolved. This is a huge inconvenience and unacceptable for a premium product.
The design also lacks the unique comfort and style of the Buds 2 Pro. On the very first day, I faced an issue while changing the ear tips. I use a small tip for my right ear and a medium for my left, but the medium ear tip tore during the change. The mechanism for changing tips feels poorly designed and much harder to use than the previous version.
Overall, these buds fail to deliver the comfort, usability, and reliability I expect from Samsung. While the sound quality is good, everything else feels like a downgrade. I hope Samsung addresses these issues in future iterations.

The headphones are uncomfortable. They don't sit well in the ears, and the design is terrible, making it almost impossible to put them in the case on the first try. The battery life is poor. The only good thing about them is the microphone.
