Audio quality is good enough. The fit is meh for me, even though the silicone that goes in my ear is the right size. I have trouble keeping the headphones in without needing to readjust every few minutes or so.
They look like knock off Air Pods. The Galaxy Buds used to have such a unique look with a great fit, and this new design really derailed that experience for me, personally. Love the sleekness of the silver color, though.
Touch controls are SO finicky. I hate them. The little arms where touch controls are located are hard for me to grip to "pinch" because of the angle of them. Especially to turn on/off the light feature. I managed to turn it on once and never again. I try to pinch at the same time, and it's only recognizing the input from one Bud, so it is adjusting the ambient sound controls instead of toggling the light (why would I need to adjust the ambient sound levels/options when the headphones aren't in my ears?)
Overall, very average at best. I'll likely move on to a new brand of headphones in the future if this design/touch control input stays the same. I don't find them very user friendly at all.

A premium earbud that doesn't support multipoint / multi connect / multi device just baffles me. I didn't even think to check if this was a feature or not because I would assume it's just standard. If you frequently move audio sources from phone/computer/anything else then these will really frustrate you. Pretty unhappy with them overall because of this.

These have to be the best buds I have ever purchased. Not only due they have excellent fitment, they feel awesome. I usually can't where buds very long but these buds you barely know there in your ears. The features just push them over the top. Great purchase.
These are a huge upgrade compared to any earbuds that I've owned. The only problem I found with them was the ability to fit properly on my ear without hurting

The galaxy buds3 not worth to spend money on it buz has a lot problem . Some time I'm talking in the phone and I have anther call I can't answer the other phone the 2ed problem I'm taking in phone normally and the one im taking with can't hear my voice but I can hear them I check the mute button it's not on

Regarding your experience with not being heard during calls despite not being muted, we understand how frustrating that can be. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro features Adaptive Dual Microphones that enhance voice clarity by minimizing background noise. This design aims to capture your voice clearly, so it’s disappointing to hear that it wasn't working as expected. If you’re finding that this happens often, we recommend checking for any firmware updates through the Galaxy Wearable app, as these updates can enhance the performance and connectivity of your earbuds. Additionally, you might consider resetting your Galaxy Buds3 Pro to improve its performance. To reset, place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. After a few seconds, open the lid, then touch and hold both earbuds for about 7 seconds until the indicator lights flash and you hear a sound indicating the reset has started. Excellent sound but the ear cover is not exchangeable due to the earbud doesn't fit well stay in my ear and easy fall off.
