Worst product ever!!!!

It's the worst product Samsung has ever made. The buds keep falling from my ears, and I switch all the tips for adaptation. This product is not an actual noise canceler. The sound is horrible, even if I go to the settings to adjust it, and it hurts my ears. I want my buds back.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro are premium in-ear wireless earbuds crafted for audio enthusiasts, showcasing a range of advanced features. Equipped with enhanced hardware that delivers high-resolution audio, they ensure a superior listening experience. Regarding the fit, we understand that comfort is essential for enjoying your audio experience. Galaxy Buds3 Pro comes with different-sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. If you need instructions for changing the tips, check out our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips. After fitting the appropriate tips, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional indicators marked with L (left) and R (right). Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust them by rotating them until they feel comfortable, and use the earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app for further confirmation. Regarding noise cancellation, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro features Active Noise Cancellation technology that minimizes distractions. I have many high end ear buds including Sony, Bowers & Wilkins, Sennheiser, Denon, Bose and Technics. My go to buds are Technics AZ80, Bowers & Wilkins Pi8, and Samsung Bud3 Pro. They are light, functional, fit well and have great sound. I haven't used all of the features yet but so far very impressive.
