As a valued customer, I am providing this feedback. Initially, I appreciated the original Buds' design; the audio quality was excellent, and they remained securely in place during use.
However, this iteration has proven unsatisfactory. Regardless of ear tip size, they remain unstable. Requiring the purchase of aftermarket accessories to achieve proper fit constitutes a product deficiency. Specifically, I purchased plunger-type flanges to improve retention, yet they also failed to provide a secure fit. Consequently, these earbuds are unsuitable for activities such as gym workouts or mobile commutes due to the risk of dislodgement. While the sound quality is commendable, increased volume would be beneficial. I hope the devlopers will take into consideration of the critiques for the next design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
