To ensure proper insertion, check for directional marks on the earbuds (L for left and R for right). Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R side facing you, and do the same for the L earbud in your left ear. So far so good I would give 10/10 but I find the buttons on the buds to be more difficult to use from previous Galaxy buds. The AI experience should be smooth and have less stuff to work around just to use it. Looking forward to an update. Needs to be more user friendly.
