The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro provides up to 30 hours of listening time with the charging case. We hate to see that the left bud has stopped charging after just a month. When the case blinks red, it typically indicates a charging challenge. To troubleshoot, first ensure that the left bud is seated correctly in the charging case, as misalignment can prevent good contact with the charging pins. Cleaning the charging contacts on the buds and the case with a soft, dry cloth can also help, as dirt or debris might obstruct the connection. If those steps don’t resolve things, resetting the buds can be effective. Place them in the case, open the lid, and hold the touchpads on both buds for about seven seconds until the indicator lights flash. Additionally, check for any software updates via the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected device since having the latest version can enhance performance. If you continue to experience challenges, reaching out to Samsung Support for further assistance is a good option, as you may need to schedule service for your buds.
