Amazing sound quality, but poor quality.

I start to have charging issues after 4 months of use and see some cracks on headphones but headphones was never drop or mistreated. However this headphones have amazing sound quality and amazing noise cancel.

cons: I hate to say it as an avid samsug user, but I'm highly disappointed in the Galaxy Buds Pro 3. The noise canceling has a terrible time blocking out even the slightest breeze. Let alone a vaccume or airplane noise. In less than three months, the ear buds have developed a problem with the charging case as well. Requiring multiple insertions and extractions before the buds will begin to charge. I constantly have to clean the bottom of the buds where the leads are and the charging receptical with a dry Q-tip. I never had thise issue with my Pixal Pro earbuds but those would constantly fall out of my ear.
Pros: I love the fit and feel of these ear buds, their portability, and the battery life. The music quality is pretty good as well with the exception it can sound hollow or like your in a large open room. I've tried adjusting every EQ setting and all the sounds features in the buds app with little to no improvement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We encourage users to ensure that they have the correct sized tips and ensure that the ANC is on using the Wearable app. Regarding the charging, it’s important to ensure both the earbuds and the charging case are free of dust or debris as this can impact performance. To troubleshoot Samsung earbuds that do not turn on or charge, begin by ensuring you are using the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter. When utilizing a wireless charging pad, place the case directly at the center to facilitate proper charging. It's also a good idea to remove any cover from the charging case, as this may interfere with the charging process. Great Sound but Not Easiest to Operate

The sound and new design is great, but operating the Buds is so much hard. Before you could tap, double tap, triple tap to answer calls, hang-up, skip songs, but the pinch is hard to figure out, and nearly impossible to get right while standing still, let alone while running.
