I like the audio quality alot. The noise canceling is amazing as well as when I need to use ambient or adaptive modes. Everything is great about them except for the dongle hanging down like airpods. I miss the old small bud hidden away. The dongle catches stuff. Pulls the bud out of my way and is generally annoying because of my stretched lobes. Otherwise great buds.

Sounds Good, Constantly falls out of my ears, basically requiring to buy aftermarket tips to fit and stay in my ear, also the stem has physical buttons so if the already poor fitting buds are loose and you have to use the touch settings basically even the swipe up or down for the volume will send it flying out of your ear, very poor design for people with wet earwax or prone to ear sweating.

We understand that it can be frustrating when earbuds do not charge in the case. To help, please make sure the charging contacts are clean and free of debris, as this can affect the charging process. If you continue to experience difficulties, try using a different Samsung charging cable or power source. For connection challenges, resetting your earbuds can often help. To do this, place the earbuds in the charging case, close the lid, wait for 7 seconds, and then reopen it. Press and hold the touchpads on both earbuds until you hear the reset sound. Regarding the battery lifespan of the case, it is designed to provide multiple charges for your earbuds. Be sure to use the included charging accessories, as third-party options may impact performance. If you have concerns about wireless charging, check that the charger is properly connected and ensure there are no foreign objects between the earbuds and the charger. Battery life feels alot less then the pro 2 i really likes the pro2 design and battery life and which the pro3 sometims they don't charge or when I put them in the case the don't and they don't charge as fast as the past set
