Great comfortability

I love these earbuds so much they don't have the amount of bass that I'm used to but I usually am used to lots of bass through the galaxy buds live I switched to the buds 3 pro I have the love of the comfort the only real complaint I'd have against these is if you wear them for a while then the earbud tips get really waxy and slick then they start to fall out of your ear but that's minimally

I got these in November and the only complaint is that if you wear them to long the ear tips get waxy and them start to fall out but other than that the bass is pretty good for they're price point and I live the comfortability on them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I traded my Galaxy buds2 pro for these and honestly, I low key regret it. The touch features suck and are almost impossible to get to work and just the functionality of the buds3 pro are a downgrade from the buds2 pros. I wish I could go back to my 2's ☹️
I will say that the sound is nice as well as the noise cancelling. But I hate that when I take out one earbud the noise cancelling turns off which is really annoying to me. I work at a dog groomer and work with loud dryers, so sometimes I need to pull a bud out to hear someone but hate when the noise cancelling turns off and I have the dryer blasting in my plugged in ear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased these a few montsh ago and since day one the right earbud will not charge 80% of the time. I also hate the sound canceling mode, if there's any wind or loud banging or popping noises in the world the headphones make horrible noises inside my ear. Or if any hair or a hood on a hoodie touches the headphone it makes scratching noises inside the ear. The sound canceling is only good if you are already in a quiet environment. I used to have the samsung galaxy buds 2 pros and I never had these issues. It's a shame because I want to like them so bad but I regret buying these.

A gentle wipe with a soft, dry cloth can help maintain a good connection. If you’d like to refresh your earbuds, you can reset them by placing the earbuds back in the case and pressing and holding the touchpads for seven seconds until the indicator light flashes. Regarding the noise-canceling feature, it’s designed to minimize ambient sounds, but it may perform differently in various environments. We suggest trying different ear tips to achieve a better seal, which can enhance performance.
