I bought these 3 months ago and some of the features don't work the way I would like them too. The headphones don't stay in your ears, they tend to slip easily. The buttons on the side don't work very well and the noise cancelling is not very good.

If you’re finding that the Buds3 Pro aren't fitting securely, remember that they come with customizable ear tips in three sizes. Trying different sizes can help you achieve a snug fit, ensuring they stay in place during all your activities. Make sure the tips fit snugly, leaving no gap between the ear tip and your ear, to avoid sound leaks and optimize audio quality. If you need help changing the tips, please refer to our guide. After you’ve selected the right tips, check the earbuds for directional markings: "L" for left and "R" for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear, facing you, and the L bud into your left ear, also facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone faces your mouth. You can adjust them by rotating them forwards and backwards until you find a comfortable fit. Additionally, consider running an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure the proper fit. Poor noise canceling and fit.

Just received these buds as I just bought a . I have been using XM5 buds by sony for sometime. I wish I could return buds 3 pro as sound, ease of use, and noise canceling are not on par with my old buds.
Two problems
1 noise cancelling is poor
where do I get different tips for a better fit.
2 eas of use is inconvenient, tapping the buds to perform actions like my old xm5 way easier than pinching.
Main reason I'm leaving review is poor noise cancelling.
