To ensure your right earbud charges properly in the case, please try a few helpful steps. First, check that the charging pins in the case are clean and free from debris, as this can impact connectivity. Make sure the earbud is seated snugly in the case for proper alignment. It's also a good idea to verify the battery level of the charging case by looking at the LED indicator. If these tips don’t resolve the situation, consider resetting your earbuds through the Galaxy Wearable app, where you can also check for any software updates available. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. All eligible mobile devices can be enrolled on Samsung.com at the time of device purchase, or within 60 days of device purchase at samsungcareplus.com. Adaptive setting is the best thing ever! Previous Samsung buds annoyed whoever i was on the phone with because they picked up all the background noise better than my voice. Now, voice isolation is so good. My callers can't tell when I'm vacuuming, driving or multitasking. Sound quality is also amazing. Best ear buds Samsung developed thus far!

Love These!! Still learning the features but the noise canceling is on point!! Put them in my ears when I had a migraine and needed to be in a silent space! Never really cared for this style in earbuds and was skeptical about buying these because they never felt right in my ears, but once I started wearing them, my opinion changed.
