Over the past several years I’ve purchased Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds2 Pro as well as Anker Liberty and Life products. With all I was very disappointed with call quality, microphone performance and especially poor fit and discomfort. Call quality due to all 4 previous pair’s microphones picking up every background noise and fit due to my weird inner ear shape. Even after trying other brands ear tips to remedy the discomfort and poor fit.
The Buds3 Pro resolved all these issues! The Galaxy Buds3 Pro fit securely and comfortably in my ears with the included medium ear tips. They have great sound quality and I can wear them for hours with little to no discomfort or worry one will suddenly drop out of my ear without warning. The mic clearly picks up only my voice and my callers no longer complain of the annoying disruptive background noises. I should also mention the functionality of their controls and active noise cancelling performance is great too. I finally look forward to using/wearing my Buds3 Pro ear buds for phone calls, listening to podcasts or music in all situations.
If you’re undecided if the Galaxy Buds3 Pro are for you I hope my experience with them will be helpful in making a decision.

Great earbuds that can be finely tuned to your custom settings via an excellent 9-band equalizer and other settings in the Wearable app. Active Noise Cancellation is quite good for me but results in this department may vary due to everyone having different ear canal sizes and shapes.

Just great, comfortable, quality soud, the only problem is that after doing exercise they don't charge, I have to wait a good time before restock them in their charger in order to charge. I have 3 of this buds and is the same with all them. Even that they're great

We understand you have experienced some challenges with charging after exercising. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro features an IP57 rating for water and dust resistance. While they can handle moisture, it is important to ensure they are completely dry before placing them back in the charging case to allow for proper charging. Additionally, check that the charging case itself is adequately charged and free of debris. Cleaning the contact points on both the earbuds and the case with a soft cloth can also enhance connectivity. If you would like to refresh the earbuds, simply place them in the case, close the lid, and press and hold the touch sensors for about seven seconds. This refresh can improve performance. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. Charging problems

These have issues in charging , sometimes thjey charge all the way sometimes they don . There's times one ear bud will charge 100% and the other will only go to between 30 and 40 %. Wish I would of went with the Bose . One plus when they work they do sound good

To improve your experience, we recommend checking that the charging pins on both the earbuds and the case are clean, as dirt can affect charging efficiency. My mom lost her earbuds pro

I live my Samsung Earbuds Pro 3. The fit is great and I'm satisfied with the sound. I bought my mom a pair for her birthday as well. She lost it not even a week after. The people that found my mom's buds try to connect them to their own phone and it told them to return it to it owner and provided them my mom's email address. I was so happy that my mother got them back. I Love Samsung products!!
