Individual ear bud charging issues

That are comfortable but having issues where my left ear bud does not want to charge in the case. Overall a good experience but charging issues brings the star eating down.

Phone Call Quality is Good

After one month of use maybe once or twice during phone calls the connection of the ear buds was switched back to the phone audio. Other than that the sound quality works well on busy roads while I ride my bike in windy weather.

If you notice the earbuds occasionally switching back to your phone audio during calls, we suggest making sure that your earbuds are updated with the latest firmware. You can do this through the Galaxy Wearable app. Just open the app, tap on "Earbuds settings," and select "Earbuds software update" to check for any updates. This can enhance your overall experience. Additionally, if you're looking for a quick reset, you can place the earbuds in the charging case, open the lid, and touch and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for about 7 seconds until you see a flash of light. We designed the Buds3 Pro to deliver exceptional audio performance, providing a truly immersive listening experience. We understand that getting the right fit is just as important as sound quality. That's why we offer a variety of ear tips to ensure a comfortable and secure fit for every user. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different-sized ear tips, so the first thing you should do is make sure you have the correct size for your ears. It's important for the tips to fit snugly without any gaps between your ear and the ear tip, as this helps prevent sound leaks and ensures optimal audio performance. Once you have the correct tips on your earbuds, check the bottom for directional marks indicating "L" for the left bud and "R" for the right bud. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the microphone on the bottom of the earbuds slightly towards your mouth rather than pointing straight down, and adjust the fit by rotating the buds forward or backward until they feel comfortable. Additionally, you can run an earbud fit test using the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure that you have the proper fit. I have been using the Galaxy Buds 3 and they are exceptional. The sound dampening from outside sources is amazing!!! I work in a manufacturing environment and to actually have 90% of that sound being blocked while all the music comes through from the soft earbuds is amazing!!! I also like that the buds are soft rubber instead of hard plastic, it provides better grip and comfort inserting into my ears unlike other ear buds
