Don't Buy! High Price -- Low Utility

I wanted to like these but I just don't. The build quality and design is nice. The fit is mediocre at best no matter what tips I use. The sound quality is okay but less expensive buds offer comparable quality or potentially even better. The design may look good but it offers very poor functionality. It's hard to control them and is confusing. I wish I kept my earlier model that I traded in for these. I actually bought the buds fe and those are now my everyday listening choice.
Bottom line... not worth the money. Not worth much at all.

If you're struggling with the fit or controls, consider exploring our customizable ear tips and touch settings for a more personalized experience. First, ensure you have the correct size ear tips for your ears, ensuring a snug fit without gaps to prevent sound leaks and enhance audio quality. Once your earbuds are fitted properly, check the directional marks on the bottom: there's an "L" for the left earbud and an "R" for the right. Insert the right (R) bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you and the left (L) bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle each earbud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth, not straight down. You can further adjust them by rotating them until the fit feels comfortable. For extra assurance, you can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to confirm that you have the proper fit. Horrible downgrade

I have experienced nothing but issues with these ear buds. My first pair would not charge, so they were replaced through the warranty. Now 2 weeks later, the sound quality in the right pod has become very crackly. Avoid these at all costs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
