I’m experiencing an issue with the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. The rubber attachments included (two sizes) are too small for my ears, causing the earbuds to frequently slip out. As a result, I often need to push them back in to keep them secure, which interrupts my experience.
I suggest providing larger rubber attachment sizes to accommodate different ear shapes and ensure a better fit.

Once you’ve selected the appropriate tips, check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks labeled L for left and R for right. I bought these about a month ago. They're great. Upgrading from the galaxy buds 2 to the 3 pro is a noticeable quality change that results in the arrow going up. It's a great product, good ANC, ambient mode, tuning (for ear buds that is) all good, with ONE glaring issue. The charging is so inconsistent sometimes the earbuds will charge fine with no issues. Other times, I have to wiggle it around in it's charging case. That brings me to another gripe. With Samsung positioning the product as a premium item, I'd expect all aspects of the item to be premium. The case is not one of those premium items, but an afterthought. With sloppy tolerances in the lid, it makes me wonder, did they take the time to properly engineer this, or did they rush it out the door to compete better with already established players?
I would recommend this to a friend!
