Case isn't charging my left earbud anymore. Haven't even had these for more than 2 months. I have no damage on them, they are still like new

The sound quality is excellent. The comfort is an improvement on the Galaxy Pro2. However, the comfort is still not as good as an AirPod. If the comfort was better, I would easily give it a 5-star review. I like the noise cancellation, sound quality, seamless transition from Pro2 to Pro3 with the settings I had already saved on the Pro2. The features such as notifying me of received messages and reading them is also very good. My only complaint is the rigid angle of the plastic. It creates a sore on my ear if I don't get it set exactly right, which takes a lot more fiddling with it than I do with the AirPods. I prefer the feature of using a Samsung earbud with a Samsung phone so I am keeping them. With the Pro2, I had to stop using them because they hurt my ears too much.
Super amazing sound, light, comfortable, they don't feel heavy, clarity in sound, great external noise cancellation and excellent gift case to protect the galaxy Buds 3 pro

Performing a restart on the earbuds, resetting the Bluetooth connection, or updating the Galaxy Wearable app will normally fix the issue. They have some awesome features but they won't stay in my ears. After trying every tip. If I try adjusting them then my call is dropped or some other feature is activated.

The Buds3 Pro comes in different sizes, and achieving a snug fit is essential to prevent sound leaks while ensuring optimal audio quality. If you need guidance on how to change the tips, we have a helpful guide for the Buds3 Pro tips. Once you have the right tips, ensure you've inserted the earbuds correctly. Check for the directional marks (L and R) on the bottom, and ensure the R bud goes in the right ear (with the 'R' facing you) and the L bud goes in the left ear. It’s also a good idea to angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone points toward your mouth, which can enhance call quality. We recommend rotating the earbuds forward and backward until they feel comfortable and secure. If the fit still doesn’t seem right, try running an earbud fit test using the Galaxy Wearable app. This tool can help assess whether the Buds3 Pro is fitting properly.
