The Adaptive Equalizer with Galaxy AI adjusts the audio based on how the buds sit in your ears. This means that every time you put them in, you can enjoy the best sound possible for every playlist. Wearing your earbuds correctly is essential for achieving the best sound quality, comfort, and stability. Improper wear can lead to discomfort, sound leaks, and a higher chance of them falling out. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro comes with different-sized ear tips, so it’s important to choose the right size for your ears to ensure a snug fit that minimizes gaps between your ear and the ear tip. This helps prevent sound leakage and ensures optimal audio performance. To properly use your earbuds, first check the bottom of each one for directional markers ("L" for left and "R" for right). Insert the right bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you and the left bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Make sure to angle the microphone toward your mouth and adjust the earbuds by rotating them until they feel comfortable. Additionally, you can run a fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to confirm that they are fitted properly. We hope that this helps you get a better fit for your buds. Good sound, average background noise blocking at best And below average battery life. My buds 2 pros had a way better battery life.

The Buds3 Pro features a Dual Amplifier powered by our first-ever independently controlled woofer and tweeter, allowing you to experience a wide range of sound. We noted your concerns about the noise cancellation as well as the battery life. For the ANC we recommend making sure you are using the correct bud tip size and are wearing them properly. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro offers up to 26 hours of playback time per charge, extendable to 30 hours with a fully charged case. You can also make a few adjustments to help conserve battery life. For example, store the earbuds in the charging case with the cover closed when not in use, and adjust notification settings through the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone, or in the Galaxy Buds app if you're using iOS. I bought these buds a couple of days ago. It easily connected with my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, but only right bud connects with my Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro.

The Buds3 Pro allows you to seamlessly switch your audio from your Galaxy phone to your PC. Enjoy the latest playlists on your phone, and then easily transition to your laptop for the final boss battle of your favorite game using the PC Auto Switch feature. We understand that you haven’t been able to connect both earbuds to your Samsung laptop. To help with this, we recommend restarting the earbuds. Place the buds back in the case and close the lid. Wait for about 7 seconds until the light on the case goes out, and then try to connect the earbuds again. If you need further assistance, please check the attached link for additional troubleshooting options. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. Additionally, we offer the option to add extra coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which provides extended protection and additional support. Despite repeated attempts, achieving a proper fit with the replacement earpieces proved impossible, and in the process, I inadvertently damaged them. The audio quality is not superior to the Buds 2, which at least provided a consistently comfortable and secure fit without causing damage to the ear inserts.

Product is solid and great quality. The ANC is quite decent. Love overall build but only hoped find my device works when the earbuds is locked in the case

We designed the Buds3 Pro to immerse you in your audio, minimizing external distractions effectively. We understand your concern about the "Find My Buds" feature. It does indeed require Bluetooth connectivity, which means the earbuds need to be out of the case to trace their location. When the earbuds are in the case, they disconnect from your device, making them unable to communicate their location. The sound is incredible, with plenty of bass, and plenty of volume. The noise canceling is surprisingly good. I pair them with an S24, and it's a good match. Using the Wearable app to set them up makes it easy.
Battery life doesn't last as long as my pro2 buds did.

When it comes to playtime, you can enjoy up to 6 hours with active noise cancellation (ANC) on, and up to 7 hours with ANC off. Overall, the total playtime is 26 hours with ANC on and 30 hours with it off. In terms of talk time, the earbuds provide up to 4.5 hours with ANC on and 5 hours with it off, contributing to a total talk time of 20 hours with ANC on and 22 hours with it off. To conserve battery power when you need it most, consider keeping the earbuds in the charging case with the lid closed when not in use and adjusting your notification settings through the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone, or the Galaxy Buds app if you are using an iOS device.
