I love the new stems it allows for ear hooks! Sounds great and no problems so far.

Pro 3 not worth it

Was happy with it for short time, then start to make a whisl with any sounds such as videos and phone calls. When I called the response was to send it to fix then samsung will return it back to me after fixing it which inconvenience for samsung head set at hundreds of dollars My pro 2 was way better that happened when upgrading

We hate to see that you've been unable to get the right fit despite trying the other bud tips. Have you considered running a fit test on your device? Simply open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone, navigate to the Buds3 Pro screen, tap "Sound quality and effects," then select "Earbud fit test." This will indicate whether the earbuds are in your ears. Ensure both are fitted correctly, tap "Start," and the app will show your results. If it indicates a "Poor fit," make small adjustments and try again until you achieve a "Good fit." I bought this a few months ago, left ear bud is not charging and cannot seem to fix it. Not worth the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We see that you reached out concerning your left bud not charging and we would love to assist you with this. If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may cause charging malfunctions; it's also possible that the earbuds may be damaged. You can try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting the earbuds. Check out the link attached for options to help troubleshoot this. Samsung products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. I'm very surprised with these buds, I read lots of reviews and YouTube videos and decided to purchase them. So far I've had zero issues, everything works great and the sound is great. The only gripe I have is according to the buds I can't get a good fit in my ears no matter what tip I try,but they haven't fallen out of my ears
