I bought this a month ago. My first Galaxy buds. I am really enjoying the product. I love leaving the LED light on at night. I hope other buds in the future will have the LED feature.

With the charging case, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro offers up to 30 hours of listening time, allowing you to enjoy your music without interruption. If your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, it could be the earbuds, the charging case, or the charger. Start by using the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter to ensure proper charging. For wireless charging, make sure the case is centered on the charging pad and is free from covers that may interfere. Check that the earbuds are properly seated in the case and that the charging contacts are clean. Inspect the earbud tips for correct installation and check the indicator lights; a flashing red light could indicate a problem. If the case or earbuds are damaged, you’ll need replacements. Horrible design, Horrible fit, even with changing the tips, they keep falling out of my ears. Charging always stops due to moisture. Can't get their case off of the buds case. Ear tips are not interchangeable with regular tips. I went back to tge buds 2 pro.

To assist you better, we would like to gather more information about the moisture issue you mentioned while charging your buds. For the fit, please ensure you have the correct size ear tips, as the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro come in various sizes. The tips should fit snugly without any gaps between your ear and the tip to prevent sound leaks and ensure optimal audio quality. If you need instructions on changing the tips, please refer to our guide for the Buds 3 Pro. Once the correct tips are installed, check the directional marks labeled "L" for left and "R" for right. Insert the right earbud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the left earbud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone points toward your mouth rather than straight down, and adjust them by rotating them until they feel comfortable. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. We hope that this helps you get the proper fit on your Buds3 Pro. You can check the battery status of the earbuds using the battery indicator light on the device. The case can be charged without the earbuds inside; however, when the earbuds are inserted, both will charge simultaneously. The indicator light signals the following: red means the earbuds are charging, green indicates they are fully charged, and flashing red shows that charging is disabled due to an error or abnormal temperature. To conserve battery life, store the earbuds in the charged case when not in use and adjust your notification settings through the Galaxy Wearable app for Android users or the Galaxy Buds app for iOS users. The Buds3 Pro features customizable controls that allow you to pause, skip tracks, accept calls, and more. You can easily adjust the volume by swiping up or down on the Blade and using pinch control to play or pause music, or to launch your favorite app. We noticed your concerns about the Buds not being supported on iOS devices. Please keep in mind that the Galaxy Buds3 Pro supports only a Bluetooth connection and cannot be connected through the Galaxy Buds iOS app. They are compatible with Bluetooth-enabled iPhone 5 devices and later, running iOS 9.0 or higher, but unfortunately, iPad and iPod Touch devices are not supported. If the Galaxy Buds Pro’s Active noise canceling doesn't work properly, or if high-pitched noise cannot be removed during Active noise canceling operation, check out the guide in the link attached for options to help resolve this.
