I've never liked ear buds. I've found them uncomfortable and the audio quality is always lacking. I'm not ready to give up my over the ear cans yet, but these are actually usable for both calls and listening to podcasts or even music. I won't ever confuse them for real headphones and I never forget I'm wearing them, but will often opt to wear these to keep my ears cooler and if I have them in and need some music I might actually keep them in. That's high praise from me.

Some Features Are Good...but They Fit Poorly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The positive is they sound good. The negative is they fit poorly. I understand that might be a personal issue, but the Buds 2 fit so much better. If I could trades the 3 Pros in for the Buds 2, I would do it without hesitation. Now after a year or so, the right Buds will not hold a charge for very long. It just continously drains even when not in use and while charging in the plugged in case.

Absolutely the worst fitting earbuds i ever purchased.Will not stay in ear and all i do is sit.only had them 3 months and left bud won't charge and i tried everything.I'm disabled and homebound no friends no family.Samsung won't do anything to help.tells me i have to bring them to a service store..ive always been a Samsung fan but after this i will never buy another Samsung product ever again.I'm on disability and this is a huge loss.thanks samsung

Sound is phenomenal but don't take them to the gym. The slightest moisture ticks off the case and renders then useless. Opened a case with Samsung who sent me to ubreakifix for repair who then told me they lack the hardware to make repairs and there's really nothing they can do. Waste of my time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GREAT BUDS WITH FANTASTIC SOUND.

The transparency is beyond anything I've ever experienced and I'm genuinely shocked when I take them off. It amplifies everyday sounds while keeping it pleasant. It works perfectly with Galaxy Ai and the Samsung ecosystem. It also transitions perfectly between my S20 ultra phone and my Tab S9 without issues.
The volume is easy to control as well at the toggle between different modes. The fit is the only part that I don't completely love. Even with the different tips it doesn't fit perfectly snug. I bought some custom tips for the perfect fit. When it comes to gaming and low latency, these buds are amazing as well. Picking up all audio easily such as foot steps and the direction of the other players. The app was my personal favorite as I could customize every aspect of the sound, from big Bass sound, to podcast voices. These are a perfect add on to your Samsung devices.
As soon as you put these in your ears, you will immediately notice the outstanding.Noise cancellation technology that is, unlike anything else and the sound is just as amazing

I can stream audiobook,call and music when I'm doing chores at home with a pretty impressive distance betweenme and the phone. Auto connect works great when stremaing from phone to buds to car also.

So much potential

I still struggle with the options available for the bud tips and the case charging without being plugged in. Previous model buds would recharge several times in the case without being plugged up. This one is spotty. Sometimes it will charge sometimes it won't. The ear tips still slip out of people with larger ear canals. I would like to workout with these however the continue to fall out of my ears. Even mowing the grass just walking one fell out and I almost stepped on it. I've tried every tips from large to small. Its really hard to give an accurate opinion of their performance when they won't stay in consistently. I would like for the design team to put more effort into the tips that hold the buds in. I am forced to use wrap around ear buds if i'm doing any type of movement. I can only use these while sitting at my desk working, yet I still have to keep pushing them in my ears when I feel them falling out.
