The activity noise cancellation function is very excellent, the fit of the ear is very good, and even after two to three hours of continuous use, the pain in the ear is less than that of the AirPods Pro 2. The light of LED is good for fashion, but the design is too masculine.
They're great! Fit my ears well and audio quality is really good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Left earbud doesn't charge
on December 11, 2024

I bought this less than a month ago and the left earbud doesn't charge. Then it'll start working again and go right back to not charging within a day. Subreddit for these earbuds shows that a ton of other have this issue and samsung won't do anything past 14 days. Talk about not backing your product! What a waste of money for one working earbud. Its a shame too because when they worked properly they were the best sounding pair of earbuds I own.

Hey Musicman42! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We always appreciate hearing from our customers and value your insights. The Buds3 Pro features a long-lasting battery life, allowing you to enjoy hours of music without interruption. With the charging case, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro offers up to 30 hours of listening time. If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the problem may lie with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. First, check for any debris on the charging contacts, as dust, wax, or other residues can prevent proper charging; it's essential to ensure that the contacts inside the case and on the earbuds are clean. Also, confirm that the earbud tips and/or wingtips are installed correctly, as improper installation can affect how the earbuds fit into the case. Pay attention to the indicator lights as well: the light on the outside of the case shows the status of the case, while the light inside indicates the earbuds' status. A flashing red light may signal an issue. If the external power is cut off, the red light on the outside of the case will flash. If the indicator lights are unresponsive, try disconnecting and reconnecting the charger, and charge the case for at least 10 minutes. Lastly, inspect both the charging case and the earbuds for any signs of damage because damaged earbuds will not charge, though one earbud may continue to function if the other is compromised. If either the case or earbuds show damage, you’ll need to purchase a new pair and consider replacing any damaged USB cable or wall adapter as well. If this persists, please reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can provide you with additional assistance with this. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Dollar Tree fitment
on December 11, 2024
Posted by: ItDoesntMatter
from Nyc
The fitment of these buds are the same as Dollar Tree ear buds. They hurt and they don't stay in. The sound is okay, not that much better than my FE buds. Ambient sound not that great, I have to constantly take them off to hear clearly. Noise canceling not that great either, I can still hear plenty of outside noise still with it on. All in all, absolutely not worth the price. I'll stick to my cheap FE buds. I was much happier with them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reaching out! We appreciate your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, as our goal is to provide the best experience with all our devices. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro is designed with Adaptive Noise Control powered by Galaxy AI, allowing you to tune out unwanted sounds automatically. To ensure optimal audio quality and comfort, it's essential to use the right-sized ear tips, which come in various sizes; please check our guide for instructions on changing them. When inserting the earbuds, align the directional marks, with "R" facing you for the right ear and "L" for the left ear, and adjust them for a snug fit. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app. For effective noise cancellation, it’s important to wear the earbuds properly and ensure that the ear tips are securely attached; if needed, try a larger size for a better fit. If you have any further concerns or questions, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
