The Galaxy Buds3 Pro features an Adaptive Equalizer powered by Galaxy AI, which customizes audio output to fit the unique shape of each user's ears. This technology optimizes the audio experience every time the earbuds are worn, enhancing the quality of your playlists. We focus on delivering a personalized listening experience that adapts to individual ear shapes and positions. We hate to see that you've had some challenges trying to get these buds to fit. It's essential to use the correct ear tips, which come in various sizes, to avoid sound leaks and ensure maximum audio performance. Make sure the tips fit snugly without any gaps. If you need assistance with changing the tips, please refer to our guide. When putting in the earbuds, check for the directional marks on the bottom, labeled "L" for left and "R" for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the earbuds so that the microphone points toward your mouth, and adjust them for a comfortable fit. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the right fit. Check out the link attached for additional options to help you get a better fit.
