The Buds3 Pro offers a great fit and enhanced comfort for immersive listening. With a redesigned shape that provides our snuggest fit ever, you can enjoy your music in comfort. Additionally, we've introduced Blade Lights to ensure your Buds stand out from the crowd and brighten up your listening experience. We noted your concerns about the fit as well as the controls being a little sensitive. To address the touch sensitivity, we recommend restarting your earbuds. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you might want to try completely resetting them. Also, please check for software updates. You can do this through the Galaxy Wearable app or using your PC. To assess the fit, run the earbud fit test for the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap on "Sound quality and effects," then select "Earbud fit test." The screen will indicate whether each earbud is "In ear" or "Not in ear." Ensure both earbuds are properly inserted in your ears, and then tap "Start." The earbuds will play a chime for a few seconds, after which the app will display your results, indicating either a "Poor fit" or a "Good fit." If the fit is poor, make small adjustments to the earbuds and tap "Try again." Continue running the fit test and adjusting the earbuds until you achieve a good fit result for both. The sound is good, but the shape of the headphones is not very comfortable and they fall out of the ears.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Buds3 Pro feature an ergonomic design, and using the correct ear tips included in the box can significantly enhance comfort and prevent them from slipping out. To ensure the best fit, select the appropriate ear tip size, making sure there’s no gap between your ear and the tip to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio quality. Once you've selected the right tips, check the bottom of each earbud for directional markings—an "L" for the left and an "R" for the right. Insert the right earbud into your right ear with the "R" facing you and the left earbud into your left ear with the "L" facing you, angling them slightly so the microphone points towards your mouth. Adjust the earbuds by rotating them until they feel comfortable, and consider running an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to verify the proper fit. I really love the sound of these earbuds! And the sound blocking works very well. I really appreciate Samsung's trade in value for my old ear buds.

Bought this earbuds on release with my z fold 6. This earbuds no longer charge when putting it in the case. This is only 2 months in and samsung refused repair. The case still charges when I sent it to samsung for repair but no longer charge when I recieved it.

Best Buds Ever!

I bought these to replace my Beats and Jabra buds and I'm glad I did. These buds are AMAZING!! Best sound I've ever heard from a wireless ear bud. Great feel in the ear and super looking! Easy pairing with my Samsung phone and customization from the app. I will buy again!!
