The Buds3 Pro features a long-lasting battery life, allowing you to enjoy your music for hours. With the charging case, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro provides up to 30 hours of listening time. We hate to see that you haven't been able to charge one of your buds. If you’re having trouble charging one of your earbuds, it could be related to the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a non-approved charger may lead to charging malfunctions, and it's also possible that the earbuds could be damaged. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. All eligible mobile devices can be enrolled on Samsung.com at the time of device purchase, or within 60 days of device purchase at samsungcareplus.com. I really love these earbuds, they have amazing sound and can get pretty loud, my only problem is after a while my ears hurt because I think the rubber is a bit bigger than what im used to, other than that everything is going smooth

Great Upgrade from Buds2 pro but..

I bought this half a week ago and they're great, the noise cancelling surprises me every time I can't hear my fan next to me or anything in the car. The adaptive mode is amazing if I want to get rid of distractions but still hear people. The battery life lasts 6-7 hours which is amazing and I don't have to worry about charging the case.
The one major downside is the sound is subpar, It has lots of bass and midrange is clear but the high end is EXTREMELY LOUD even when I eq it this causes the overall sound to be "muffled" and I can't enjoy music when I cant go above 50% volume with the high end being dramatically louder than the rest of the sound making it unbalanced.
TLDR; Great earbuds but sound needs to be refined
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're pleased to hear that the noise-canceling feature has been effective in blocking out ambient sounds, such as a fan or car noise. The Buds3 Pro is equipped with Dual Amplifiers and features our first-ever independently controlled woofer and tweeter, allowing you to experience a wide range of sound. If you have concerns about the high-end sound quality, we recommend checking your phone's sound settings by opening the Settings app on your connected phone and looking for any enabled sound settings, such as sound personalization or Dolby Atmos, as these could impact your music's sound quality. Please restart both your phone and the earbuds; for your phone, press and hold the Power key or the Side and Volume down buttons, tap "Power off," and then tap "Power off" again, and once it's shut down, press the Power key or Side button to restart it. After restarting your phone, try restarting your earbuds as well. Additionally, consider completely resetting the earbuds and check for any software updates through the Galaxy Wearable app or a PC.
