Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Craig. The Buds3 Pro offers a playtime of up to 6 hours (30 hours with ANC off) and up to 5 hours (24 hours with ANC on). Please note that playtime may vary based on settings. To ensure the longevity of your earbuds, it is important to follow some charging tips and precautions. Always use the included charging case, as it is specifically designed for optimal charging. Additionally, keep the charging terminals clean and free of any liquid, including sweat, to prevent corrosion. Avoid using other power sources, like a computer, for charging, as they may result in slower speeds. To help conserve battery life, store your earbuds in the charging case with the cover closed when not in use, and adjust your notification settings through the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone or the Galaxy Buds app if using iOS. By following these guidelines, you can effectively extend the battery life of your earbuds when you need them the most. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. If you continue to experience this, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can provide you with additional assistance. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Nice, but has problems

Great sound, but a drastic departure from the designs Samsung has made before and I'm not sure how I feel about that. Squeezing the stems to pause, skip songs, and change active noise canceling modes is awkward. The stems themselves easily get snagged on clothing and even my arms while I'm lifting stuff over my head at work. the sound quality and active noise canceling are very, very good however, though the battery life leaves something to be desired. My biggest issue over all though, is how Samsung decided to attach the silicone tips. They're snap on, and removing them requires pulling on the silicone, which tears easily, and then you can't remove the plastic ring without scratching up the grill over the speaker.
TLDR, they sound good, but they sacrifice connivence for it.

An amazing improvement over the Galaxy Buds Live and has exceeded all of my expectations. The controls are fantastic, no more incidental touches from adjusting or taking them in and out. The features are fantastic and I have been very pleased with my experiece.

Good noise cancellation but that's it

Bought about a month ago. They have problems connecting when you answer a call as soon as put you earbud in. The right one has problems with the microphone. Have to mess with the earbuds to get them to charge. Very good noise cancellation when your on the phone and they're working. They won't even hear you on a tractor

We appreciate the outreach, Dave! It looks like you reached out to share your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. The Buds3 offers audio that is tailored to fit your needs. The Adaptive Equalizer, powered by Galaxy AI, adjusts the sound based on how the Buds sit in your ears. This means that every time you put them in, you can enhance your listening experience for every playlist. Samsung products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. You also have the option to purchase additional coverage with Samsung Care+ for eligible devices, which provides extended protection and extra support. If you’re having trouble connecting your earbuds, ensure they are within 30 feet of your phone, avoid obstacles that may interfere with the Bluetooth signal, and check for software updates through the Galaxy Wearable app. Also, monitor the battery status, as a low battery may cause disconnection; you can check this in the app or by placing them in the charging case. Check out the link attached for additional tips to help troubleshoot this. In regards to the charging challenges, check and make sure there is no sign of debris in your charging case. We are glad to see that the ANC has been great for you. At first I thought it looked terrible, I'll admit, now that I bought them and I tried them, there very clear highs and nicely clear mids, and beautiful bass, not AS bass-y as the pro 2's but regardless, I'd still keep these over my 2s, and though the fit is completely different, at LAST give them a chance! You'll find out what I mean. nery nice in the ear, the ANC (active noice cancelling) is very nice, you can speak while listening to your music and it will on its own lower itself so that you may hear yourself and the other person
Had to send back. I unfortunately had a servere allergic reaction to these headphones. Look it up if you want, but for some reason it affects some people.
If you're lucky enough to use these without issue, then that might be a different story.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
