Sound quality has been improved over the 1st gen. Noise canceling is deaccent.
I have tried all three size tips and the bud doe not stay in vey well. I would have to say the 1st gen Buds Pro fit better and are far more comfortable to ware.
Not sure why Samsung saw it necessary to copy the design of it's competitor, please go back to your original buds design stop copying the other guys.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only real problem i have had is when Im moving around like going bowling the tend to get loose and fall out of my ears easily. I have tried all the different ear pieces and sizes but still have a slight problem with that. I haven't used the galaxy AI feature yet but hear its great.

I would love these if they charged correctly. I have to spend a long time fiddling with them ao they make contact in th3 case to charge. It is really frustrating and drives me crazy.

However, it looks like you've faced some challenges when it comes to charging them. We understand how frustrating this must be, but we're here to help. Please ensure you're using an approved charger. When charging, use the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter (sold separately). Also, please make sure the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds themselves are clean and free of debris. If the earbuds still do not charge, check both the case and the earbuds for any damage, as damaged earbuds will not charge. Keep in mind that if one earbud is damaged, the other earbud may still charge. For your peace of mind, Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. Additionally, you can add extra coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which provides extended protection and additional support.
