Love the new design for the Buds3 Pro. The previous design, I would feel like the Buds were going to fall out of my ears, but this new design has improved. Also with the previous ones, whenever I would adjust in my ear, it would pause my music. But now that's not an issue. Lastly, I really enjoy the new feature of my Buds muting when i either start talking or if there are sirens.

These earbuds far exceeded my expectations. I previously had several Samsung earbuds and was happy with all of them for what they did. But the noise cancelation on these earbuds beats all my previous experiences with Samsung headphones. They could do better in a 3D sound experience for movies, but I am happy.

So the main reason that I bought these headphones was due to the fact that I wanted the translation that they have but what I wound up with was a great pair of sounding headphones with great Bass and almost no imprint of filling them in your ear which means you can't tell they're in your ears and I had them in my ears for about 3 hours the features of noise cancellation and adaptive ambient and noise cancellation amazing you can hear everything that's coming in along with the music and have a conversation with somebody if you want to listen to podcast or seminars or anything else on your phone that you think you need to listen to and then you still have the ability to hear everybody around you flawlessly the translation I still haven't figured it out I feel like they need to work on the app to where you don't have to look to find it it should just be something you press but you know it's still something new so I think that they're going to be able to get to that a little later but as for the sound quality you won't go wrong if you get a pair of headphones from Samsung even if you don't get these and you get some of the older headphones you're still going to have a great pair of headphones on your ears with great sound quality

Music quality is good and the features paired with the Galaxy s23/s24 are cool, but I'm disappointed with the noise cancellation features. ANC doesn't seem to work that great (still hear a lot of sounds from my surrounding, including people talking nearby) and transparency+ambient mode has way too much noticeable hissing static white noise for me to use them comfortably. Also sometimes when I put on or take off the earbuds, a super loud and high pitched noise sounds off, which hurts my ears :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We would love nothing more than to help you maximize your experience and troubleshoot the ANC setting and the feedback you mention. For the feedback you mention experiencing this is typically caused by an obstruction to the microphone during placement and removal. We have provided a link to the full device manual to help you with the location of the microphone. This manual will also highlight the differences between the Ambient Sound, ANC, and Adaptive sound settings to ensure you are using the one that best aligns to your surroundings. We also recommend using the Samsung Wearables App that has a sliding scale for the ANC setting you can control manually for your preferences.
