Just flat out the best

Self-indulgent me bought these on a Black Friday discount, even though I've got the Buds2 Pro that I'm pretty happy with. In every possible way, these are better and by far the best buds I've ever owned, and I've had plenty. The shortcomings of the Buds2 Pro are well-documented: the tips are short and soft so that they easily come out (particularly when exercising) and don't get much bass, and the battery life isn't great and seems to be getting shorter. Well, the Buds3 Pro fixes that and more: the tips are larger and both pass the app's "fit" test and stay in during my daily morning workout. The bass is much better, as is the sound overall - I'm picking up nuances in the music that I hadn't noticed in the B2's. And some of the new features are nice; I particularly like the fact that I can increase the volume simply by saying "increase volume", which is great when you're working out and don't want to fuss with touch controls and - as happened to me yesterday - a favorite Metallica song came on the streaming service and I wanted to crank it up a notch.

I bought him a few days ago and i'm not happy. No matter how hard I try, they will not stay in my ear. I tried all the tips and nothing. I'm supposed to trade in my Galaxy Buds2. And now I don't know what to do
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although the look and sound is excellent. I expected the fit of these ear buds to be silimilar to the very first ear buds that were made. They are not and have caused a sore in my ears because the speakers long slit on the top of the buds irritates my ears because the base is too thick.
