Look great, have still had some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched over from the Buds2 Pro, which had great sound but were always falling out. After all the delays and issues, I still haven't been able to get the neck stretch reminders to calibrate and sending them back seems like too much work atm. I love how they look and sound though.

Hearing aids feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently found out have hearing loss and I neededto wear hearing aids or it would get worse. My insurance would not cover my aids.
I received my buds 3Pro recently and with the ambient sound active I can actually hear better the sound is amplified enough for me to hear clearer. The only downside Is the hard casing makes eres hurt and sore when I where them during the day. Wish there was a soft or rubber casing for them.
