These are very good, and I would purchase them again.
*What I like is the sound is great. Even better than the buds+ that were always good for me. *Sound cancellation works well until they start to slip out. *When it works, the adaptive sound works well. *I like being able to control the volume from the ear piece. *FINALLY! Voice control. Start, stop music. Answer, decline calls. I used to do that with another brands head set almost 10yrs ago. Why did this option not happen sooner.
*What I dont care for is the fitment. When they are in, they fit well, but they don’t stay in without pushing them back in occasionally. They didn't come with other ear pieces to try, so I have to deal with these with no options. Even the directions says to try them but not included. Why? *The adaptive sound waits until i talk before picking up ambient noise. So if someone speaks to me, i have to ask them to wait, while i talk to get the ambient sound on. An update to do this by decibel level would be better. Noise cancellation should kick in after a certain decibel level and kick off when under that. I dont like the back and forth between the two when there shouldn't be. *Pinching to stop or start music doesn't have an audible tone. An update to correct that would be nice (there is a tone with voice controls). In bad reception, i dont know if it is me not pinching it correctly or the reception. Also tapping was easier then pinching like the buds+. *Battery life isn't as good as i expected. About 7hr of music without the built in lights on. Still not to bad though. Just was hoping for better.
Overall, I'm happy with the upgrade from my Buds+

These are the worst ear buds I've ever owned I'm on my second pair and the wife just sent hers in for repair as well. The charging and pair of these are garbage it's a major design flaw

Don't buy them!

DO NOT BUY THESE BUDS! Me and my buddie bought these. There's an issue with the charging case or the buds. You think they are charging and sometimes one maybe charging and the other isn't. Until Samsung fixes this issue I would recommend not getting them. I called Samsung and was told to take them to a repair shop.

Great improvement over the Buds2 Pro. I feel like the noise isolation is noticeably better. The "touch panel" also works better; I felt like the Buds2 Pro always confused my gestures. Finally, the sound quality is so much crisper (especially the low-frequency sounds). The only confusing aspect is the "Adaptive" sound mode—after two weeks of using the buds, I am still not sure what it adapts to or how it differs from "Ambient" mode.
Great fit, easy controls. Amazing awareness mode for listening to your surroundings. Great sound quality with customizable presets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great sound quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from Buds2 Pro and I can definitely feel the difference in the sound quality - it is very crisp, especially the low frequency sounds. The noise isolation is so much better, and it works even in crowded areas. I also like the new touch panel, as it is easier to use and my gestures are rarely confused by the buds. I am a bit unsure about some features like the "Adaptive" sound mode, as I am not sure what exactly it does compared to the "Ambient" one. Similarly, I am not sure what exactly the "Adjust sound to fit" does.
