The sound and quality isn't what I thought it to be.The buds fall out i have changed the ear tips it still saying poor fit. That the reason I'm not giving them the 5 stars have had better older one that sounds better

Hate to pinch or press to change the music track

I hate having to pinch or press to change to the next or previous music track, as it often misaligns the fit of the earbuds. The same goes for adjusting the volume up and down. I really liked how the Buds Pro used to have a tap function to change music tracks, tapping rarely misaligned the buds ever!
