My phone kept telling me they weren't charging. Put them in correctly or remove the obstructions. Completely useless and they didn't sound as good as my old pro 2's. Now fedex lost them when I sent them back for the trade in program. Ridiculous all around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in live with my buds, and when I'm using them with galaxy ai they are even better. They help me dictate letters and essays and play back what I've recorded so I dont miss anything. I can't say enough great things about them!! The adaptive ambient is amazing... I love that even when I'm listening to music or streaming a movie and somebody starts talking to me the bud instantly go to ambient so I can hear them for the conversation and when we are done talking it goes right back to noise canceling... just simply amazing!! Ty Galaxy
They slip out often. Forget ever working out with these. Other than that they're good.

So I've had these for a little over 2 months. I'm trying to stay positive with them. They don't stay in my ears good. And I have used all the tip sizes that came with them. Sound quality is great! The light up function doesn't seem to work on mine but I'm going to keep trying in case it's user error. But if I'm not extremely satisfied soon, these will be going back. Sorry Samsung. Just being honest!

The buds are grate, but often have trouble charging the left bud.
