[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the new headphones they are really great and definitely feels like an upgrade in my ears.
Love the AI features that we have with the headphones especially ambient listening it is very spot on and definitely helps when you're out in public. ANC is very good for the smaller in the air version. I can't quite get a good fit on my left ear but I still have great ambient and Anc listening. Most of the wearable functions that we have been accustomed to are spot on.
Have used them out in terms of walking and having a chat in a crowded place and the buds were really responsive and clear for me and the people I was talking to. The design is pretty sweet as well Love the new lighting and the touch controls. Works well with my watch and my phone and a Windows computer, without any loss in quality which is pretty nice that means I can use it at work.
All in all a great upgrade.

Great ear buds. Only thing I think would fix this is better ear fitment. After wearing them for a bit they want to fall out. Sound is good. Noise cancelling works well. Just need better fitment for ears.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I ordered the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro to replace my Jabra Elite 7 buds that I've been using for the last 2.5 years. I thought I would try something different as I've been using Jabra for the last 10 years and although not bad, they weren't spectacular either. The price for the GB3Ps was reasonable and with a $50 trade in credit it was worth a try. First impressions: easy to setup with Galaxy Fold 5. They definitely communicate and work well with Samsung OS. The ambient sound mode is great. It cuts out background noise while still allowing you to talk and understand people without having to turn the volume down or remove a bud. They physically feel loose in my ear like they are ready to fall out at any given point. I swapped the rubber ear inserts for the largest ones to hold tighter, but still feel unsecured. The sound quality is okay. Decent bass response, but I feel like the treble is very harsh even if you turn it down. I adjusted the EQ but can't get it perfect. Overall they work well, but again, not spectacular.
